The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is either Picked up, delivered to your residence, indirect delivery is made and or Logistics company obtains authorized release via signature, indirect delivery, release number, and or door tag signature.

Free Shipping offer applies to Mainland North America only.

Free shipping applies to all orders over $99.99 CAD. All orders under $99.99 CAD are $12.00 CAD for shipping and handling.
Orders are shipped FedEx Ground to both Canadian and US Residents. Estimated time 3 to 6 business days. 

International Customers Must Place their order by Phone, Email or Fax.

Canadian OutFooters Inc. reserves the right to use registered mail or alternate source for shipping in the event FedEx Ground does not service those areas and or charges an Extended Delivery Area (EDA) charge.
All sales destined to Alaska are shipped registered mail. International shipments will be shipped Via FedEx. Rates are given at time of purchase and are valid for a period of one week,

Canadian OutFooters Inc. does offer FedEx 1st overnight, FedEx Priority overnight, and 2 Day service to all North American destinations for an additional charge. Make your selection  from the drop down menu on the product page. You need only select this once. If it is not an option then it is not available for that individual item.

Free pick up is  available for all Calgary Residents and surrounding areas. We have a central location where customers may pay for and pick up their purchase in person. This is a service we provide at no extra charge. Payments accepted with this service are: Debit, Credit  card, Money Order, or cash. You can pick up and pay for your item after 3:30pm next business day. Business hours for this service are listed below.

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00 to 3:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Sales Tax
Canadian OutFooters pay's the Good's and service tax (GST) for merchandise ordered on this Web site by Canadian Residents. Canadian OutFooters does not charge sales tax on products ordered on this web site by US Residents.
