Return Policy

 

 

We have 2 options available to our customers.

Option 1:

 

We accept returns for refund with a 15% restocking fee and only if the following conditions have been met.
1: Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.
2:All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
3:Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not sell worn footwear.
3:Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4:Product must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the return authorization number.

 


Option 2:

 

We accept returns for Exchange and only if the following conditions have been met. 

1:Purchaser must contact us by phone within 30 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number.

2:All product must be in new condition with original box, boot filling, toe cardboard and tags attached.
3:Footwear must not have signs of being worn. We can not resell worn footwear.
4:Shipping costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
5:Product must be returned within 7 business days of receiving Return authorization number.

 

In the event we have made an error in your order we will absorbed all costs of shipping.
