Q. How tall are your Mukluks? 

A. The Tall mukluks  are approximately 14" to 17" in height & the short mukluks are approximately 8" to 11" in height depending on size

 

 

Q. What is the circumference of your mukluks?

A. Both the tall and short mukluks are  approximately 15" to 17" in circumference, depending on size.

 

 

 

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes we do. All Overseas orders must be ordered by phone, email, or fax. All overseas orders are shipped via Federal Express 2 to 3 business days. We regret our shopping cart does not support any other countries other than Canada and the USA at this time.

 

 

 

Q. How much is shipping? 

A. Free shipping in North America on all orders over $99.99 CAD. There is a shipping fee of $12.00 CAD for orders under  $99.99 CAD. Overseas customers are charged a flat rate of $45 CAD via Federal Express (2 to 3 business days).

 

Q. How long till I receive my order. We ship your item within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. You can expect to receive your order within approx 3 to 5 business days within Canada, and 3 to 7 business days within continental USA. All delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

 

 

Q. Will my order be taxed?

A. No we do not charge tax on any orders at this time. However You are responsible for duties and taxes assed  by your countries customs agents.
